1) CONVERSION MATTERS. You should be measuring your conversation rate daily, your bounce rate, your website heat-map. Where do visitors spend more time, what are they reading, where are they clicking.
Check out, before they pay, is one of the most important parts. You need to make sure you have fast and efficient check out procedures in place. Maybe you can add testimonials at the check out process, maybe you can streamline your check out process.
2) HAVE A CONTENT STRATEGY AND A PAID STRATEGY.
I was running a lot of google ads, pay per click model, spending a lot of money. Later we added other strategies as well, tactics, content, blogging and then people started to find us organic. This is organic traffic. You need a good organic strategy as well as paid.
3) INVENTORY KILLS. If you have way too much inventory you are wasting so much money and space. Depends of course what kind of products you sell. If, for example your products, don’t expire, you are going to be sitting on a bin inventory. You want to keep that balance of what you have in stock VS how many orders you get. Be careful, very mindful when it comes to inventory. Better to have less products as you start. Test them out and develop gradually.
